The PSC register is the new statutory register that certain UK companies and LLPs have been required to maintain since 6 April 2016. It is a register of persons (individuals or legal entities) with significant control over a company or LLP.
From 30 June 2016, the information on the PSC register needs to be included on the new confirmation statement when filed at Companies House which will be available for public inspection. Please see our post on ‘Confirmation Statements’.
