Kin is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial department and assists in a variety of aspects of corporate law including, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments, MBOs and MBIs, joint ventures, shareholders agreements and business start-ups.
He trained at regional firm Brabners LLP before moving to international law firm, Hill Dickinson LLP to continue his development in corporate law.
Kin is fluent in Cantonese and competent at Mandarin Chinese and has had previous experience working in Hong Kong.
Kin is also a restauranteur having set up his first pan-Asian restaurant bar in Liverpool in 2016 and can identify with the daily struggles and triumphs of a business owner.
Away from the office, you will find Kin either trying out the latest restaurants for “research” purposes or practising martial arts with his Kung Fu group , or failing that, strolling around the golf course.
